Cooking Class
Learn to cook traditional Indonesian dishes with the assistance of our professional cooking teachers. You will start by choosing herbs, spices and vegetables from the Alassari Plantation organic gardens. Our chef will then take you step-by-step through the process of creating traditional Indonesian dishes. As spices are the core of Indonesian meals you will be taught how to cut and prepare these, then utilise them by cooking traditional dishes such as Pepis Ikan, Lumpia (spring rolls), and Cap Cay. This will culminate in a meal of the dishes you have prepared. The recipes and their preparation will be provided so you can cook these dishes at home.
